Certificate II in Hospitality

This course is to be delivered across two years and is aimed at Year 11 and 12 students. The focus of this qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.  Students are expected to participate in at least 10 service periods over a period of time e.g. the School Year, in our cafe serving customers.
